طبق آخرین اخبار منتشر شده از سوی اداره مهاجرت کانادا، افراد شاغل در کانادا که حداقل یک سال سابقه کار کانادایی داشته باشند، می توانند به شرط داشتن شرایط زیر اقامت دائم کانادا را دریافت نمایند. برای اطلاع از جزئیات مهاجرت به کانادا با موسسه مهاجرتی ما در ارتباط باشید.
مشاغلی که شامل برنامه‌ي صدور اقامت دائم نمیشوند
- حداقل یک سال سابقه کار تمام-وقت (full-time) و یا سابقه کار پاره وقت (part-time) معادل با 1560 ساعت، در یکی از مشاغل اعلام شده داشته باشند.
- آن دسته از متقاضیانی که مشغول به کار هستند و همزمان پرونده درخواست اقامت دائم کانادا را نموده اند.
- داشتن حداقل نمره زبان CLB 4 در هر یک از مهارت های چهارگانه زبانی (انگلیسی یا فرانسه) که معادل نمره 4 تا 5 در آزمون IELTS می باشد.
- در خاک کانادا حضور داشته باشند
- تمایل به حضور در استان ها و شهرهای مختلف کانادا، به غیر از استان کبک (Quebec) را داشته باشند.

صدور اقامت دائم کانادا برای دانشجویان تحصیل کرده در کانادا
خبر فوق العاده برای دانشجویانی که در کانادا تحصیل کرده اند و مدارک تحصیلی خود را از دانشگاه ها و یا مراکز تحصیلات تکمیلی در کانادا دریافت نموده اند این است که بشرط داشتن شرایط زیر می توانند اقامت دائم کانادا را دریافت نمایند:
اگر متقاضی دوران تحصیل خود را در یکی از DLI های کانادایی به اتمام رسانده و فارغ التحصیل شده باشد.
- متقاضی حداقل یکی از مدارک تحصیلی کارشناسی، کارشناسی ارشد و یا دکتری را از دانشگاه های دولتی کانادایی داشته باشد. مدرک تحصیلی و دوران تحصیل بایستی مربوط به بعد از ژانویه 2017 باشد.
- همچنین، متقاضیان موسسات آموزشی خصوصی کانادایی هم که تحصیل خود رادر بازه مذکور به اتمام رسانده اند شامل این برنامه می شوند.
دارندگان دیپلم و سرتیفیکیت در کالج های کانادا
- رشته های تحصیلی ای که طول دوره تحصیلی آن ها حداقل 8 ماه باشد.
- اجازه تحصیل در کشور کانادا را دریافت نموده اند.
- در یکی از مشاغل در کانادا استخدام شده و یا ورک پرمیت (work permit) دریافت داشته باشند
- داشتن حداقل نمره زبان CLB 5 در هر یک از مهارت های چهارگانه زبانی (انگلیسی یا فرانسه) که معادل نمره 5 در آزمون IELTS می باشد
- تمایل به حضور در استان ها و شهرهای مختلف کانادا، به غیر از استان کبک (Quebec) را داشته باشند
